Location: Madison, GA - Department: Sales & Marketing

Seachem Laboratories, the Nation’s largest aquarium supplement manufacturer, is currently seeking a highly motivated, personable, and self-starting individual to fill the role of Administrative Sales Coordinator - Amazon.com.

The primary duties of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Serving as the primary liaison between Amazon.com and Seachem regarding weekly order input, order processing, and quality control for all Amazon.com distribution centers throughout the United States
  • Maintain full order expediency and deadlines, and ensure timeliness of processing and packing with warehouse staff
  • Provide, organize, and input all data needed to maintain account status including but not limited to: full product descriptions; photo input; pricing updates; case order quantities; proper boxing and labeling; and full shipping logistics
  • Ensure Minimally Advertised Pricing (MAP) is followed by Amazon.com by primary and secondary vendors and enforce all company policies to protect dealer network
  • Assist in total order fulfillment in office and warehouse environment when/where needed to complete all aspects of open purchase orders
  • Ensure logistical aspects for all shipments are met and tracked from start to finish following Amazon.com vendor guidelines
  • Assist in the processing of national and international distributor purchase orders as directed by Management staff when necessary
  • Monitor content, posts, and photos for all Seachem, aquavitro, and JurassiPet brands on social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest
  • Assist Technical Support and Sales teams when and where needed
  • Assist Sales Director with time sensitive tasks and special assignments as needed
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by Management given advance notice and with reasonable accommodation

REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor’s degree (Sales, Marketing, Business or Communications preferred)
  • Strong computer literacy, communication, and literary ability
  • Keen sense of urgency and teamwork
  • Prior experience working in a fast paced office environment meeting critical deadlines or other work experience showcasing one’s strengths
  • Assignment to and working from our corporate office located in Madison, GA
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance (for any company appointed trips where the individual may be driving a company vehicle)
  • Ability to travel within the United States and abroad if needed

Seachem Laboratories, Inc. has an opening for a warehouse assistant. Must be experienced and proficient in the operation of both stand-up order pickers and forklifts. Duties will include pulling finished goods using a pick ticket system, stacking and wrapping product for shipment. Must be detailed oriented and good with numbers as speed and accuracy is a must. Other duties include loading and unloading trucks, and moving product within the warehouse. Must be able to lift 70 lbs and effectively follow both written and verbal instructions while paying close attention to detail. Drivers license and minimum education of high school diploma or GED.
